When my car suddenly broke a few weeks ago and I didn’t have the funds to fix it, a friend referred me to Auto Connection. After going to several car dealerships and getting quoted extremely high prices that I could not afford, I decided to give Auto Connection a shot. I am so glad I went there and now I know it should have been my first stop. Nick and John were very attentive, they had great inventory on the lot and assured me they would help me in my situation. They went over and above to help me get into my beautiful jeep I am driving today. The prices at Auto Connection can’t be beat. They even went as far as helping me switch my Insurance and plates over, as well as followed me home to drop my new jeep off and switch plates for me. I highly highly recommend Auto Connection if you’re looking to get into a used car. Ask for Nick or John :)

We found the truck on CarGurus listed by Auto Connection in Bay Shore. Nick was our salesman and has been wonderful to work with! Son just turned 18 and Nick was able to secure a loan that will help our son build his credit. It was shipped from NY to our front door in IL in less than 24 hrs from signing papers!

I found a car on CarGurus listed by Auto Connection in Bay Shore. Franklin responded right away and scheduled an appointment for the next day. As a new driver buying my first car, I didn’t expect to fall in love with the first one I saw—but I did!Franklin was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He worked with me on the price and took care of a few things the car needed before I took it home. After the purchase, I experienced a small issue with the car, but when I called, the team addressed it right away and made things right.Overall, I highly recommend Auto Connection—especially Franklin. He made my first car-buying experience smooth and stress-free!

I just bought a Buick Encore here about a month ago and I am extremely happy. It drives beautifully, it is a well maintained quality vehicle. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve had. Paul and Franklin were absolutely amazing with the customer service. Paul really goes above and beyond to make sure that you get a vehicle you are happy with!! I couldn’t be happier with my car I will have it for years and I have been giving out referrals already. I will be back for my next car.

I can’t praise this dealership enough! Paul and his staff made purchasing my new car a completely stress-free experience. From finding me my dream car, securing an auto loan, taking care of the insurance enrollment, new plates and even helping with my lease return, they truly went above and beyond in every possible way. I have to say Jason was very effective and efficient in helping me with my car purchase not a lot of dealerships treat you how this place does. Honestly not sure where they found their employees but places should take note because they go out of their way to get you the best deals and service they can. I strongly recommend people buying with Jason because he really takes care of his customers. Excellent service
