I've been dealing with them for awhile now and Franklin is great he always comes thru. Paul gives you the best deal and works hard for you. They stand by what they sell , so you can shop with confidence. Highly recommended!

Huge thanks to Paul, this is a man who knows how to run a business and look out for his customers, here at autoconnection they went above and beyond to help get me in the exact car I was looking for, there were no games, no hassle, it was the most amazing car buying experience I’ve ever had. No schemes and non of that typical car salesman spiel. It was smooth and direct. He worked hard to get me a great deal on an amazing car. If you or anyone you know is looking to buy a car this 1000% is the place you would want to go. Absolutely will be back to buy another vehicle from them in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I worked with Auto Connection to buy my new-to-me Durango SRT. I owe a huge thanks to John and Paul for their efforts to help me lock into my dream ride. Overall, the buying experience was excellent and they massively exceeded my expectations. I had been searching for a very specific vehicle for months and had been through some frustrating situations with local dealers. One day, the perfect car showed up online listed by Auto Connection. John was 'my guy' and was incredibly responsive to get the ball rolling. It was nice communicating with the actual person who stood to get a paycheck from selling a car... versus the trend of dealers using AI bots, pre-screener "sales associates" and all the different levels of sales management. Like, OMG, how many people do I have to talk to before I can touch the car? Auto Connection was totally different - direct, honest, and straightforward. Since I was coming from out of state, John helped me navigate every step of the process and set up a great appointment for me to drive the Durango. I also had a rare opportunity to have this particular vehicle inspected by a local SRT/Mopar performance shop. John went out of his way to schedule the appointment and assist with the logistics of getting the vehicle there and back. Shout out to Jim at True Street Performance - awesome shop. John and Auto Connection's response to having this vehicle inspected by True Street Performance was also the best indicator to proceed with the purchase - John was so amenable to the request and just made it happen. If any used car dealer balks at having a car inspected, that's a red flag to find a different deal. Overall, John made it very easy for me to confirm my decision to purchase this particular Durango. Next up, Paul stepped in to work with me on the paperwork. Again, with being from out of state, I didn't have everything quite right on my end to complete the purchase. Paul amazingly worked the phones with my insurance and loan folks to clear up any details and gave me a very easy path to finalize the deal. The last stages of buying a car can be very intimidating; Paul understood my anxiety and worked like a therapist to listen, explain, and research any last-minute questions. I was also very pleased with the simplicity of the final pricing... no weird fees or sketchy math... nothing appeared that wasn't clearly explained by John ahead of time. Paul and I finalized a deal and loan on the spot and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Auto Connection is legit. A nice, smaller pre-owned car dealer offering a competitive alternative to the big "Dealers". It's nice to shake hands with the guys who actually own and operate the business at the end of a deal! Thanks again John and Paul - I'm loving the SRT. No tickets yet!
